While studying or reading
While completing stationary leisure tasks

While operating a motor vehicle
While operating machinery

Prior to beginning a session, please place or hold the phone in a secure location with the front pointed towards a user's face. The device does not need to be placed directly in front of the user and it will still work if placed off to one side.

Be sure to only use the app in an upright position as it will not function correctly if a user is lying down.
